Inspired by my own fears caused by my chronic illness and disability and how I have managed to face it all over the last ten years.  I also want to add that some fears caused by our illnesses cannot be fully faced but there may be ways around it.  Stairs for me is the main one.  Most know I have bad knees with no cure and I used to get so fearful going anywhere especially somewhere new.  But now I do face it because I found ways to help me deal and not give into fear.  I will call a place ahead to see if they have stairs or accessibility if not.  I got stairlifts fitted in my home too.  I found ways to reduce my fear and still go out or buy a house with stairs that I loved!!!  You can too.  Love ya
