Returns Policy


Currently due to the covid pandemic we are unable to accept returns unless damage has be done via transit and is not your fault. Due to the nature of the products if opened and sniffed we cannot accept a refund. We are keeping a close eye on things and will revise when safe to do so to which we will then revert back to our normal return policy.  

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Under the current pandemic situation we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons due to Bubba and most of our customer base having some form of illness,  unless the item has been received badly damaged and not by your fault. Due to the nature of these products we have to adhere to very strict return policies until otherwise advised. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products and samples (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes or gift cards.

We do not pay for returns as yet unless item was damaged badly and we will discuss whether to return or keep and be refunded depending on individual circumstances

We Do NOT accept returns if you do not like the scent, we try to offer samples to buy to help with this along with scent descriptions.  We do NOT accept refunds and returns for samples.  If an item is slightly broken or frosting we will not accept returns and refunds, these are normal occurrences and do not take away from the performance of the scent.

Harassing us over refunds and returns will not be tolerated and you will be banned from purchasing from us again and blocked from contacting us.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Always contact us prior to returning anything encase it is something we cannot receive back.

Refunds are only granted in certain circumstances.  If lost or badly damaged in the post then after 10 working days we can offer a refund.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
